Welcome to SRTAG-State-Recognized Tribal Artists Guild! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our services and participating in our community. We may use the term SRTAG or SRTAG – State-Recognized Tribal Artists Guild interchangeably.

Membership

By becoming a member of SRTAG, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for membership.
  • Abide by the rules and guidelines set forth by the guild for membership eligibility, conduct, and participation in events, exhibitions, or any other activities organized by the guild.

Code of Conduct

Members are expected to:

  • Respect fellow members, staff, and guests, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Uphold ethical standards in their interactions within the guild’s community and events.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or behavior that may cause discomfort or harm to others.

Intellectual Property

Members retain all rights to their original artworks and intellectual property. However, by participating in guild events or exhibitions, members grant SRTAG the right to display, promote, and use images of their artworks for non-commercial purposes related to the guild’s activities, unless otherwise specified.

Content Usage

Any content shared on the guild’s website, forums, or social media platforms should adhere to copyright laws and must not infringe upon the rights of others. SRTAG reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

SRTAG-State-Recognized Tribal Artist Guild is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in guild activities, events, or use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

Modifications to Services

SRTAG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services or events at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such actions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
